Online "No-Show" Certification Course
Included in our online "No-Show" Certification course is information on our hair, all of the products that we offer, the complete installation, and pricing your services and extensions!
We will also include our certified stylist folder that includes graphics, our consent forms, after care cards, and more videos that will go over maintenance and removal of the extensions, styling your extensions, and troubleshooting tips you may discover along the way.
*Once you purchase, you will be sent the certification course within 24 hours to the email provided.*
All of our shipping is done through UPS. Customers within the United States have the option to choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping ($17): 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping ($65.50): 1-2 business days.
Orders received by 2pm MST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm MST will be shipped the following business day. If you order is placed after 12pm MST on Saturday, it will be shipped on Monday.
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Our shipping department is closed on Sunday.
All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your return/exchange item(s) and shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon approval, a UPS shipping label will be emailed to you. Please see required criteria below:
Hair Extensions: All Bello Haven Hair Extensions come sealed with a security void label. The silver seal must be completely unopened and intact with absolutely NO damage to the hair or packaging. All return/exchange requests after 30 calendar days will be denied.
Product: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened and unused. All return/exchange requests after 30 calendar days will be denied.
If you are exchanging an item for one of greater value, you will be responsible to pay the difference. If your exchange item is of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference.
