    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

     

    All sales are final. The following terms and conditions apply to all exchanges:

     

    Provided that the product has not been opened, and the packaging has not been altered, damaged, or otherwise affected as determined by the Company, the Company will allow for the exchange of unopened products for other products of the same or greater value. For greater value products, clients will be responsible to pay the difference. The Bello Haven Salon will not allow exchanges for lesser value products if such, needed an amount refunded. As determined by the Company, providing such exchange, must be made within 14 business days after the initial order. All Bello Haven Hair Extensions' products come sealed with a security void label. Once opened, the products cannot be exchanged for any reason. 

     

    For all exchange requests, please:

     

        1. Call our customer services department at 720-601-1906. Our

    business hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST. Our stylist

    representatives will assist you with your exchange request based on availability.

     

        2. Obtain an Exchange Material Authorization (EMA) number from

    Customer Service.

     

        3. Send the package with the materials back to the Bello Haven Salon with ATTN: Sales Department. The mailing address is: 4898 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, CO 80534. Please include the EMA number, your name, address, and phone number with the shipment. You are responsible for all shipping costs related to an exchange.

     

        4. Let us know the tracking number of the package you are sending

    back by calling or Sales Director (720-601-1906) or emailing: sales@bellohavenhairextensions.com

     

        5. Once we receive the acceptable, unopened product(s), along with

    the fully complete information, we will process the exchange within 2-3 business

    days. If your exchanged product is sent back to us without an EMA number

    and/or the other required information, we may not be able to process your

    exchange.
