SHIPPING, RETURNS, & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Bello Haven Hair Extensions are real human hair with the cuticle still intact, and because of the gentle color processing involved to treat them, the hair can fade like natural hair. Proper aftercare is highly recommended.

Hair extensions will not be eligible for a refund/exchange due to color fading, sunscreen, or harsh water damage.

All of our shipping is done through UPS. Customers within the United States have the option to choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping ($17): 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping ($65.50): 1-2 business days.

Orders received by 2pm MST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm MST will be shipped the following business day. If you order is placed after 2pm MST on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday.

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Bello Haven is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages.

If your package is missing, contact UPS directly with your tracking # to file a claim.

We recommend shipping your package to a secure location to avoid this from happening.

Our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your return/exchange item(s) and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Hair Extensions: All Bello Haven Hair Extensions come sealed with a silver tabs. This must be completely unopened and intact attached to the cardboard backing with absolutely NO damage to the hair or packaging. Any package that the silver tabs have been removed or tampered with will not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Products: Bello Haven Gold/Emerald Kits, Wet & Dry brushes, Serum, Scrunchies, Tools, and Bello Haven Merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.

Make sure to include either the packing slip or the order # inside the package. Once we receive your item and confirm it can be restocked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method on the order.

Refunds can generally take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
