Because Bello Haven Hair Extensions are real human hair with the cuticle still intact, and because of the gentle color processing involved to treat them, the hair can fade like natural hair without proper after care.

Hair extensions will not be eligible for a refund/exchange due to fading, sunscreen, or harsh water damage.

All of our shipping is done through UPS. Customers within the United States have the option to choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping ($17): 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping ($65.50): 1-2 business days.

Orders received by 2pm MST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm MST will be shipped the following business day. If you order is placed after 2pm MST on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday.

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Bello Haven is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages. Contact our sales department if your package is stolen. We will file a claim for you with UPS. We recommend shipping your package to a secure location where somebody is always there to receive it.

Our shipping department is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your return/exchange item(s) and shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon approval, a UPS shipping label will be emailed to you. Please see required criteria below:

Hair Extensions: All Bello Haven Hair Extensions come sealed with a security void label. The silver seal must be completely unopened and intact with absolutely NO damage to the hair or packaging. All return/exchange requests after 30 calendar days will be denied.

Product: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened and unused. All return/exchange requests after 30 calendar days will be denied.

If you are exchanging an item for one of greater value, you will be responsible to pay the difference. If your exchange item is of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference. Bello Haven Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen items. To begin your return request, please fill out the return/exchange request form.

**Bello Haven Hair Extensions Gold/Emerald Kits are not eligible for returning or exchanging.

Once we receive your item and confirm that it's unopened and as described, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds generally take between 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank account. To begin your return request please fill out the return/exchange request form.
