Bello Haven Hair Extensions Warranty Policy
At Bello Haven, quality is everything. Each set of Bello Haven Hair Extensions is crafted with intention, precision, and the highest standards in the industry. Because of this, we proudly offer a 3-month limited manufacturer warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers factory-related defects that may occur during the production process only.
All warranty requests must be submitted within 3 months of purchase. Requests submitted after this time frame will not be accepted.
For any warranty claim to be reviewed, the hair must be returned to Bello Haven Hair Extensions for inspection. Once received, our quality control team will carefully evaluate the product and determine eligibility for replacement.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
Production or construction flaws
Structural integrity issues unrelated to wear or maintenance
Defects present before installation
What Is Not Covered
The following are not considered factory defects and are therefore not covered under warranty:
Split ends
Normal wear and tear
Shedding from daily use
Color fading or tonal shift
Dryness from heat, minerals, or environmental exposure
Improper maintenance or product usage
Color Disclaimer
All Bello Haven extensions are professionally colored using textile dyes. As with all color-treated hair—natural hair or extensions—fading over time is completely normal due to:
Minerals in water
Heat styling
Sun exposure
Environmental elements
To help preserve color longevity, we strongly recommend:
Using a shower head filter or soft water system
Keeping heat styling to a minimum
Avoiding excessive sun exposure
Using professional, extension-safe salon products
Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty will be automatically voided if the extensions have been exposed to any of the following:
Chemical treatments of any kind
Coloring, toning, rooting, lifting, or lightening
Overuse of purple or pigmented shampoos
Mixing Bello Haven hair with other extension brands
Keratin bonds or tape-ins slipping due to improper installation
Use of non extension-safe products
Products containing coconut oil or argan oil
Ocean, lake, pool, or saltwater exposure
Product alterations of any kind
Final Warranty Terms
Bello Haven Hair Extensions reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility after inspection. Warranty coverage applies only to hair deemed defective due to manufacturing and does not cover damage caused by improper care, wear, or maintenance.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
All of our shipping is done through UPS. Customers within the United States have the option to choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
Standard Shipping ($17): 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping ($65.50): 1-2 business days.
Orders received by 2pm MST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm MST will be shipped the following business day. If you order is placed after 2pm MST on Friday, it will be shipped on Monday.
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Bello Haven is not responsible for any stolen/lost packages.
If your package is missing, please contact UPS directly with your tracking information to file a claim.
Our retail & shipping department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your return/exchange item(s) and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Hair Extensions: All Bello Haven Hair Extensions come sealed and must be completely unopened and intact, attached to the cardboard backing with absolutely NO damage to the hair or packaging. Any products that have been removed from their packaging and/or packages that have been tampered with will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Products: Bello Haven Gold/Emerald Kits, Wet & Dry Brushes, Serum, Scrunchies, Tools, and Bello Haven Merchandise are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Halo's (Crowned by Bello): ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please make sure to include either the packing slip or the order number inside of the package. Once we receive your item and confirm it can be restocked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
