Our Heavenly Collection is currently available in 20inch length.

We strongly suggest purchasing a swatch ring to properly color match.

The Heavenly Collection is designed to be custom fit to each client's head shape by cutting the weft to the exact shape of the client's head. These wefts are meant to create full volume on a 32 cm length weft. This minimizes the bulk of layering by combining the weft into one seamless weft. The weft is meant to save time by layering a minimum of 2 wefts to create volume and to customize your look with multiple colors.

The extensions can last 6 to 12 months depending on the quality of the client’s at-home care routine and regular maintenance with their stylist, which should take place every six to eight weeks to ensure there’s no damage to the natural hair. We recommend two packs for volume and four packs for full volume and full length.

Due to real human hair and our gentle color processing on the extensions, hair can fade like natural hair without proper after care. Hair will not be exchanged or refunded due to fading.

All of our shipping is done through UPS. Customers within the United States have the option to choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.

Standard Shipping ($17): 3-5 business days.
Express Shipping ($65.50): 1-2 business days.

Orders received by 2pm MST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm MST will be shipped the following business day. If you order is placed after 12pm MST on Saturday, it will be shipped on Monday.

You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Our shipping department is closed on Sunday.

All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping your return/exchange item(s) and shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon approval, a UPS shipping label will be emailed to you. Please see required criteria below:

Hair Extensions: All Bello Haven Hair Extensions come sealed with a security void label. The silver seal must be completely unopened and intact with absolutely NO damage to the hair or packaging. All return/exchange requests after 30 calendar days will be denied.

Product: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unopened and unused. All return/exchange requests after 30 calendar days will be denied.

If you are exchanging an item for one of greater value, you will be responsible to pay the difference. If your exchange item is of lesser value, you will be refunded the difference. Bello Haven Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen items. To begin your return request, please fill out the return/exchange request form.
